About Amanda Seibers

Amanda Seibers is a Bedford County native, born and raised in the community she is proud to serve today. A graduate of Community High School, Amanda went on to earn an Associate of Science degree from Columbia State Community College and began her career as a Respiratory Therapist. Her heart for serving others ultimately led her to real estate, where she found a new way to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people and families around her.

Today, Amanda proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout Middle Tennessee as an Affiliate Broker with Woodruff Realty & Auction. From homes and land to farms and luxury properties, she brings thoughtful strategy, attention to detail, skilled negotiation, and personalized marketing to every transaction. She believes real estate is about more than reaching the closing table. It is about earning trust, building lasting relationships, and helping her clients make confident decisions through every season of life.

Amanda has been honored as Best Real Estate Agent in Bedford County in 2024, 2025, and 2026. While deeply grateful for the recognition and the continued trust of her community, Amanda gives all the glory to God for every opportunity, every relationship, and every door He has opened throughout her real estate career. She considers it a blessing to serve the community that has always been home.

Outside of real estate, Amanda is married to Tyler Seibers, and together they are raising their three children, Tenley, Mia, and Cohen. Amanda and her family are proud members of Edgemont Baptist Church, where their faith and connection to their community are an important part of their lives. Her faith and family remain at the center of who she is and shape the way she approaches both life and business with integrity, gratitude, and a genuine desire to serve others well.
