Born and raised in Middle Tennessee, Catie brings genuine local knowledge and a deep love for the communities she serves. As a REALTOR® with Woodruff Realty & Auction, she specializes in homes, land, farms and unique rural properties throughout Bedford County and the surrounding areas. Her hands-on approach, strong work ethic and knowledge of the land have helped make her a top-producing agent within her office.

Outside of real estate, Catie enjoys life on her family farm with her husband, Taylor, and their daughters, Ada and Nora. She is actively involved in her church, local schools and community and currently serves as PTO President at Liberty School.
